From 19th May we are changing the format of our home loan leads in order to provide a greater volume of better quality leads to our mortgage broker clients.
The forms that we have been using up to this point have been a source of considerable frustration for those wanting to make enquiries because of the huge number of (largely unnecessary) questions.
So we have shifted our focus from trying to make our enquiry form difficult to complete ... to one that encourages genuine enquirers to provide information necessary you to determine their likely eligibility for a loan.
Our filtering remains unchanged - so you can still purchase leads in your area from any of these categories;
With Deposit (clean credit)
Low/No Deposit (clean credit)
With Deposit (paid default)
Low/No Deposit (paid default)
