$12,000 Cash Bonanza Competition
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions
of Entry.
2. Entry to $12,000 cash bonanza competition is open to residents of
Australia who live in New South Wales , Queensland , Northern Territory,
Victoria , Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia who are validated subscribers of Money
Tips newsletter published from the website www.money-tips.com.au.
Additional entries can be earned by making a request for an insurance, mortgage
or finance quotation at the website www.financialservicesonline.com.au by
completing a quotation request form with valid data. All data submitted must be
valid and each enquiry must be genuine to be considered a valid entry. The data
will be then used to provide an opportunity to receive eligibility assessments,
comparative quotes and competitive offers from specialist financial advisers in
the area of your enquiry. You are not under any compulsion to purchase a product
from any of our providers. The data provided will have to be verified in writing
by the winner before the prize can be claimed. Any discrepancy will lead to an
entry being invalid.
3. Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid. The
Promoter's employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its
agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies
are ineligible.
4. The Promotion commences 1.08.07 and closes 12 midnight EST on 31.7.10.
All closing dates indicated in these terms and conditions will close at the time
12 midnight EST. The monthly prizes will be drawn at Shop 2 Brunswick Central,
455 Brunswick Street Fortitude Valley QLD 4006. Winners will be notified via
Email, placement on the www.financialservicesonline.com.au website and by
publication in the Australian Newspaper. The monthly draws will be conducted on
the 15th day of each month at the above address at 10am each time. In the event
that the 15th day of any month falls on a weekend or on a public holiday, the
draw will occur on the next business day. The Promoter's decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by Email or
phone.
5. The monthly prize comprises of $1000 AUD paid to the winner by cheque.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize
values.
7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. It is the entrants' responsibility to ensure that their contact
details, are correct at the time of entry.
9. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as
planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any
written direction given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems,
servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination
thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or
any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or
down-loading any materials in this competition.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate info
rmation, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in
the course of the administration of this competition.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, the operation of
the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the
original draw as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by
that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the
Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). In the event of any winners in the
unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by Email and via the Public Notices
of the Australian newspaper.
14. Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an
otherwise valid prize claim.
15. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions
of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be not be
honoured.
16. Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification check at
its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration
confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
17. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to
conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant
may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless
otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this
information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media
for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further
reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal
information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and
winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A
request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the
Promoter at their address set out below.
