Choosing a Replacement Value for Your Home
Step 1 Take the outside measurements of your home (in metres) and multiply the width and length to get the area. Don't forget to add on the area of upper floors and basements. (1 square = 9.29 sq mtrs)			sq mtrs:

Step 6 Allow for additional reconstruction costs involved (e.g. - architects and engineers fees, and location or site difficulties). The "Calculate Additional Costs" button below will make an allowance based on 20% of the calculated replacement value of your home.
